Replaced in the Jimco as we were pushing the pinion from the CW. As such there is some slight wear through the hardening on the pinion, however this is off the wear surface of the pinion and was crack tested okay.

New Hewland 5th gear 2 races ago. Spare set of 3,4,5th DGN gears (apparently fit when the dog teeth are ground back. And a spare Hewland wide gearset that won’t fit without modification. And a new replacement dog.
