National Final: NZ Off-Road Racing Championship Alan Tutt National Final Enduro Memorial Trophy
The Event Consists of :
Saturday 22nd October 2022 – Short Course and Time Trial Sunday 23rd October 2022 – Enduro
The format maybe reversed (ie Enduro on Saturday) for adverse weather conditions
Where: Rex Swenson’s Farm 536 Burnside Road, Makarau
CAMPING:
Available from Friday 21st in the pits. Portaloos & Showers on site. Cost will be $20.00 per night per site with a gold coin donation for the showers. You are responsible for all your own rubbish, please take it with you.
No Drinking water on site.
You will need to bring your own drinking water and refreshments. Spectators $10.00 per head Juniors under 12 Free
Services:
There will be a food caravan & coffee cart at the track. The food caravan will be there on Friday and Saturday nights for dinner plus Saturday and Sunday for Breakfast.
Prize Giving:
This will be held Sunday evening at the track from around 5.30pm
Entry includes 1 free meal. Extra meals for crew, supporters, etc can be ordered on the entry form. BYO and own chairs
ORDER OF REGISTRATION & SCRUTINEEING
- Drivers and Passengers to sign in & complete all paper work, get armbands and Inspection sheet. You will need log book & ORANZ card.
- Get Race Gear Checked.
- Take Vehicle to be checked
As per ORANZ rules: NO 2022 Tag – No Race.
All Vehicles must be tagged prior to the event. NO tagging will be done at track.
Friday 21st October 2022 – Setup and camping available Gates open 10am
Saturday 22nd October – Scrutineering, Short Course and Time Trial: 7.30-10.30am Scrutineering
10.30 am Driver’s Briefing. ALL DRIVERS & PASSENGERS MUST ATTEND. There
will be a roll call
11.00am Racing Starts
Short Course as per ORANZ rules. 5 lap heats plus feature/ features.
After Racing: Time trials for Sundays Enduro. There will be slots available on Sunday morning for time trials if needed. EG Broken down cars
Please note there will be a lot of racing to get through, so please be READY
Sunday 23rd October 2022 – ENDURO:
The Enduro will be held at the same venue 8.30-9.30 am Time trials if necessary
10.00am Driver’s Briefing. ALL DRIVERS MUST ATTEND
10.30am Kiwi Truck mini enduro 11.30am Racing starts.
Entry Details:
Grid positions for the first heat on the Saturday will be in the order of paid entry.
Entries must be received 20th October 2022. Any entry received who cannot attend can apply for refund via email.
Entry Fee: $480.00 Kiwi Trucks: $60.00 Prize giving Meals: $25.00
